While any interactions with horses carries some inherent risk, safety for both humans and horses is our top priority. All interactions are groundwork-based (no riding), and visits are kept small—either one-on-one or in small groups. We go at the pace that’s comfortable for both the human and horse partners.
-
This is not therapy. There is no clinical or treatment-based approach. The experience is centered on interaction with horses in a natural setting, allowing each person to engage in their own way. There’s no expectation to share experiences, but you are welcome to do so with other Veterans in our serene environment, should you feel inclined.
